Below you can find a document containing all of the Maple Tree Covenants and Bylaws. Please help us make Maple Tree a wonderful place to live.  If you know a neighbor is in violation of the MTHA Covenants, you must submit your complaint in writing to the MTHA Board of Directors.  The Board cannot act if they do not know. We assure complete anonymity.
